The plan of the residential complex consists of three residential blocks located along the citywide highway. In each residential block there are residential blocks located around enclosed internal parks. The park has green spaces, walking alleys, playgrounds, recreation areas for adults, sports grounds. Each residential block has equipped courtyards with playgrounds and recreation areas for the adult population. The connection between courtyards and exits from houses with shared central parks is carried out bypassing highways.

The density and height of residential buildings decreases from the highway to individual buildings. The number of floors ranges from 2 to 8 floors. The tallest houses up to 8 floors are located along the highway, are a series of rhythmic dominants along the avenue, characteristic of the city.

Adjacent to the existing individual residential development is a strip of low-rise residential development consisting of two lanes, block-type houses (townhouses) and houses with private plots. This part is a transitional element from low-rise to medium-rise buildings.

Inside the park, in the center of the pedestrian accessibility of the residential quarter, there is a comprehensive school with 1,150 seats, a sports and fitness complex. There are also 3 kindergartens in each block in the park, with a total capacity of 525 places.

The shopping and cultural zone is represented by a 3-storey multifunctional complex with a total area of 35,000 sq. m, adjacent to the citywide highway, at the entrance to the complex. social, cultural and consumer services institutions are organized on the ground floors of houses located in the center of the entire complex along the highway, in convenient walking distance. This includes pharmacies, laundries, post offices, local shops, etc.
