The Palace of Celebrations is located with the main facade on Bazaeva Street, where the main entrance and the ceremonial entrance through the arch gate decorated with natural stone are organized. The entrance to the inner territory of the Palace is through a metal gate, there is a parking lot, a utility area and an outdoor area for festive events.

The site is visually located inside the building, but due to the large panoramic windows and the absence of a roof, it is not without the advantages of outdoor events. There is an additional playground for festive events on the roof in operation, a high parapet creates intimacy, and some of the holes-windows in the parapet create beautiful panoramic views.

The entire service and technological part of the complex is surrounded by a high blind brick fence, which also creates intimacy and hides the technical side of the events from those strolling along the facade. The architecture of the building is made of whitewashed brick with richly decorated main areas: the entrance arch, made in the characteristic "classical forms" of the last centuries, it serves as the main entrance and the central part of the entire complex, working on the panorama of the village; an open area in the courtyard, decorated with natural stone with golden rosettes. The ceremonial and Dance and Banquet halls with panoramic windows overlook the interior of this courtyard, communication is carried out via an open staircase that can be used for event scenarios.

The functional structure of the interior space consists of two main zones and is divided by floors: the first floor is the entrance area with utility rooms, administrative and service rooms, the second floor is the ceremonial and dance and banquet halls. In the lobby of the building there are grand staircases, spaced to the sides to distinguish the flow of visitors, for entering and exiting the ceremonial hall.
